Placing an order
When you place an order with us, you are making a offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm we have recieved your order. Once we accept your order a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
Refunds and Returns
In accordance with The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund, exchange or issue credit for goods returned to us within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and the customer must pay the postage costs. If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge. We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty product and reimburse you for your return postage. Please do not return items to us without contacting us first.
Credit/Debit Card Security
Our site does not store any sensitive customer information. All credit/debit card details are taken by PayPal and are secured by 128-encrypted sessions.
